As a well-backed newcomer to the Australian property development market, Sterling Global sought to position themselves as genuine, highly capable and with a strong understanding of development in Australia and select markets in Asia.
Sterling chose Univers to articulate this position through an extensive range of brand elements, including their logo, website, printed and electronic stationery, and architectural signage. Recognising the international reality of Sterling’s collaborators, we designed and built the website in English and Chinese languages. The logo itself represents a coin, and is set with very strong, stable typography.
